Considering beginning therapy can feel overwhelming. The idea that you come into the office of someone who you just met and are expected to provide details of your life to them can feel, well, extremely vulnerable and let's face it, plain scary!

And, yes, it can be.
​
And, it is also courageous. You showing up for yourself, doing the inner work, knowing that someone else's presence along your journey may be just what is needed to help you discover your gifts and find your way to healing, is a way of honoring you. For who you are now, and also, for who you are becoming.

I will meet you where you are at on your journey. You decide what is needed within the therapy space. Together, we will work towards the goals you have for yourself in a manner which respects and honors your process.

Individual therapy is available for anyone ages 12 and over and appointments are offered both in the office and via telehealth.
​
The therapy space is an affirming and welcoming space of inclusivity for all.
