My Approach
Individuals have within themselves their own ability to heal. Often times, healing becomes stalled or blocked, not due to one's ineffectiveness or lack of knowing how, and rather, by the narratives that have been imposed on us by others. These narratives may show up as "I'm not good enough", "I'm not lovable", "I'm not worthy" and hide the true Self from emerging, while restricting our ability to live in an authentic way.
Through personal and professional experiences, I truly believe having the presence of someone that can offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and warm approach facilitates this inherent capacity for healing.
As therapy is individualized to meet each person's needs, the therapy space is YOUR space to find that healing within. I am not leading your journey; I am on the journey alongside you, accompanying you through life challenges, and ensuring you are receiving what you need to access and discover that healing potential within.

About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor practicing in Wisconsin.
I have a love for nature and raise monarch butterflies, the most beautiful symbol of transformation that parallels the therapy process.
Getting Help
From impacts ranging from life stress and overwhelm to grief and loss, I am available to meet with you to work through whatever concerns are impacting your life presently.
The therapy space may include working with your thoughts, using an approach called Cognitive Behavior Therapy or using a more holistic mind-body approach, called tapping, to foster growth and healing.
